Cisco MDS 9140 Multilayer Fabric Switch / A7427A / Network switches / HP - Languages maintenance store
HP Cisco MDS 9140 Multilayer Fabric SwitchThe Cisco MDS 9100 Series includes two multi-layer fabric switches - the MDS 9120 and the MDS 9140. The MDS 9120 is a 20-port Fibre Channel switch, while the MDS 9140 is a 40-port Fibre Channel switch. Each switch is packaged in a 1 RU rack-mountable chassis with redundant hot swappable power supplies and fans. SFPs are sold separately. Both chassis’ utilise front to rear chassis airflow. Management access is provided through 10/100 Ethernet and serial console interfaces. The Cisco MDS 9100 Series integrates the same intelligent networking services as the Cisco MDS 9500 series with the exception of supervisor failover and support for non-Fibre channel data transports. It is a cost effective solution for enterprise departments, workgroups, small and medium scale SAN deployments and for edge connectivity in core-edge environments not requiring modularity.Warranty: standard statement: (1-1-1) Hardware1-year parts; 1-year on-site (8x5, next business day response) and 1-year labor. SoftwareHP warrants only that the software media will be free of physical defects for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery
